Babek Kebab took the authenticity route with a generous Berliner Doner Kebab. The fluffy and warm bread is filled with grilled bell peppers, red cabbage, salad, tomatoes, red onions, white sauce and the meat of your choice.

A salad with the flavors of the Mediterranean

Our crunchy salad comes straight from Greece. We prepare it with tomatoes, cucumber, boulgour, olive oil, fried onion, red cabbage, coriander & lemon juice.

Kebab simply means «grill». Contrary to popular belief, it takes its name from its ancient roots in Central Asia. It was only introduced by the Turkish migration to this region in the 11th century.

The word «naan» is said to be of Persian origin, but it has been eaten in Central and South-East Asia for several centuries. Our recipe is made according to the Indian tradition: a soft bread made of wheat flour, cooked in a tandoor oven and stuffed with Vache Qui Rit.
